Join us at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, for a special presentation and book signing by SMFA alumni Piotr Parda and Abraham Schroeder, featuring their recent picture book collaboration, The Gentleman Bat. 

Tuesday, June 23rd, 5:00-6:30pm, Room B311

They will discuss the creative and collaborative process, from draft to published book, Piotr will discuss the rich and detailed watercolor illustrations, and Abraham will read both The Gentleman Bat and his second picture book, Too Many Tables, illustrated by Micah Monkey.

Piotr and Abraham will be happy to sign books as well, however, there may or may not be any copies available for sale at the event. 

Both books can be purchased in advance online, at your local bookseller, AND at the book store of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston across the street from the school.

Abraham will only be in the Boston area for a short time, so don't miss this rare opportunity! Please spread the word and invite your friends with and without children. Keep an eye out for related gallery talks in the museum.
